Good restaurant that offers everything and especially the regional dishes "Tourtière du lac and filet of walleye" and the famous blueberry pie. Many people attend this place and it is open until midnight the week 👍 Only downside the dishes are all quite salty 😮

Nice cozy place, can comfortably sit ~40 people so it's not intimate but familial/personal. The staff is very welcoming and takes very good care of your needs, even without having to ask. It's rare that I say that but, if you come close by it's well worth the detour. I don't live nearby the place but, I've been there ~10 times over the span of 15 years and they never disappointed me. $ low price and great grandma food.

We went there for lunch. We were offered coffee as soon as we were seated. However, the wait was endless before we came to take our order. We received our plates more than an hour after our arrival, we were offered maple syrup without telling us that it was an extra and we were never offered a refill of coffee. Disappointing.

Good cuisine typical of the region, the tourtière is excellent and cooked on site every day. However, waiting 15 minutes to catch the attention of a waitress to place the order is unacceptable. There should be more staff on the floor, all the tables were occupied on a Tuesday night, so it's very popular as a place !! I highly recommend it.

Great local restaurant! It is a warm atmosphere and homemade food that you will find at this place. The staff is very nice. No pretentiousness, you will be well received and you will feel at home. Excellent "vibe".

Good restaurant but nothing more. The service leaves something to be desired and the food is a little too salty for my taste. On the other hand, the typical atmosphere of a small country restaurant was fun. In the photo, it's their tourtière Lac-St-Jean.

Déjeuner en famille avec 2 enfants un vendredi matin avant le zoo. Service TRÈS rapide, serveuses très gentilles. Nourriture bien, sans artifices mais tout à fait correcte. Très heureux de notre visite, je recommande.

Small road restaurant, it may not look like much but the homemade dishes are excellent !!! And the service is really fast even at peak times.We highly recommend!

I was maybe expecting more...and have been disappointed. The tourtière plate was ok, but the plastic tiny box of beets of literally 2 bites was surprising and insufficient. The blueberry pie I could not eat. Tasteless and the dough was uncooked. I give it 3 stars as the kids plates of fish and hamburger were ok, but the typical plate I went there for was quite disappointing. However service was good and courteous.
